Weightlifting straps will firm your grip and keep heavy weights in your hands comfortably and conveniently helping you reach peak performance.

It's pretty simple to use, one end is looped around the wrist, and the other end is wrapped around the weight bar or whatever you are using. This connects the weight to your wrist strenghtening your grip and minimising the chances of the weight slipping out of your hands.
